Just had my flat roof done the 2 lads that did it had to take 2 roofs off as the other builders left it on just went over the first and made amess of the 2nd one. They did a great job did a fall pipe and faishas in the back they tiled my back and side roof put new toppings on and lead round chimney pots. Very professional company who really care about their customers and want to do a good job. The standard of workmanship was excellent and any problems were sorted straight away . I would have no hesitation in recommending them. We had a large old roof repointed on the ridge stones and releading of the chimney stacks and they were very careful with the existing tiles and left us with a roof sound for a long time yet .

Soffit & Facia replacement by Fenton and Fenton

We recently had our soffit and facia replaced by F&F on our bungalow. The customer service was excellent and the quality of the work provided was fantastic. A first rate company and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent work at reasonable price

We have used this company on 2 separate occasions in the past 12 months, firstly for roofing repairs and then new guttering. Each time the price has been reasonable and the service excellent from start to finish. Both teams were very efficient, starting and finishing exactly when they said leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Happy to recommend them for both types of work.

Roof Repair and New Permanent Ridge

Over the past few decades I have used numerous firms for my roof maintenance and repairs. Fenton & Fenton have been the best so far. They arrived on time. They performed the work professionally and were knowledgeable when I queried some details. They cleaned up afterwards, swept the roof and swept up the fallen debris from the roof. Very pleased.

When I called out Craig Fenton, he immediately identified the true source of the problem (something which had mysteriously eluded a number of other roofers), and quoted what I considered to be a reasonable rate for the work involved. The necessary work was carried out promptly, courteously and tidily, with all waste materials being removed at the time. The work is backed by a guarantee in which I believe I can trust.

After previous dealings with two local roofing companies, neither of which got to the root of the problem and who had in fact made things worse, I was beginning to think we weren’t going to get the roof fixed at all. So, it was particularly reassuring to find a company who understood the problem, explained what was required and did the necessary work to fix it first time. We have used Fenton roofing contractors for several years now as we have suffered from storm damage to different areas of our roof. We find the company very quick to respond and their communication is very good.

Fenton’s use a method to clip ridge tiles down to make them more secure and we have found that all the tiles that were clipped in the manner remained in place despite the high winds. As the system has been so effective we have now asked them to secure the remaining ridge tiles on the back of our house to prevent future insurance claims.

I would recommend this company as they do exactly what they say they will do. We have in the past used other roofing contractors and on the very next occasion we had high winds the repaired tiles did not remain in place and as you can imagine this was both very frustrating and we even began to experience difficulty with our insurance company as the claims were so frequent.

I would not consider using another contractor for this type of work.
